- Any situation where inaccurate weather information could result in injury, death, or significant property damage

- Climate averages are based on 30-year historical data (1991–2020) and may not reflect recent climate trends or anomalies.
- Current temperature data is sourced from the OpenWeatherMap API and may have delays of up to 3 hours.
- Travel comfort scores are calculated using a proprietary algorithm and represent subjective assessments of weather conditions.
- Weather conditions can vary significantly from historical averages in any given year.
3. Advertising Disclaimers
WeatherLens displays third-party advertisements served by Google AdSense. Please note:
- Advertisements displayed on WeatherLens do not constitute endorsement, recommendation, or approval by WeatherLens.
- WeatherLens is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of products or services advertised by third parties.
- Clicking on advertisements may redirect you to third-party websites governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
- Ad content is determined by Google based on your browsing history and interests, not by WeatherLens.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on WeatherLens, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, the WeatherLens name and brand, the travel comfort scoring algorithm, page layouts, and software, is the property of WeatherLens or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or republish content from WeatherLens without prior written permission
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract data from WeatherLens beyond what is permitted in our robots.txt
- Use the WeatherLens name, logo, or branding in any way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without permission
- Frame or mirror any part of the WeatherLens website on another site
Weather data sourced from third-party providers (OpenWeatherMap, NOAA, Copernicus) is subject to those providers' respective licenses and terms.
